Vision Software acquired by Qube Global Software.

Vision Software, developer and supplier of market-leading commercial property management and corporate real estate software, has today announced that it has agreed terms for the sale and purchase of 100% of its business and assets to Qube Global Software Limited.

Vision Software was incorporated in 1995 and has become the market leader in New Zealand and a strong entrant into the Australian market, with around 100 customers in the region.  Its flagship product, VisionCRE, comprises a full suite of property, lease and financial management solutions and is in use in a wide variety of both public and private enterprises.
Mike Dennehy and John Nottingham, the founders of Vision Software will remain with the business to ensure a smooth transition and to share in the future opportunities that expansion will bring.  All Vision staff will continue to be employed by the business, and product development and support of the Vision clients will continue to be based in Vision’s Mount Maunganui Head Office.

Managing Director Mike Dennehy comments, “We have been in discussions with Qube Global Software for a long time and we all believe that this is the right time for this acquisition to take place.  Qube Global Software has exactly the right mixture of experience and capability to take Vision forward.  They will offer our customers complete continuity of service and support, as well as possessing the resources and expertise to develop the product further.

VisionCRE and our other products will continue to be developed, enhanced and supported, and we’re excited at the opportunities that being part of a much bigger organisation, with a range of complementary solutions, will bring.”
John Cuppello, CEO of Qube Global Software, said, “This is a fantastic acquisition for Qube as it represents a continuation of our strategy to offer a complete range of software solutions to the whole of the property and facilities management industry across the world.  Alongside our offices in the USA, the Middle East and Singapore, it ensures that we have a physical presence in all corners of the globe enabling us to provide our customers with the consistent level of service that they expect wherever they are located and to grow our market share in all regions.”
